The Pectoral Fly / Rear Deltoid Machine, aka pec deck, incorporates two different exercises.
This is a great machine for “super setting” or “push pull” principles. For the beginner, using the pec deck can make it much easier to learn the proper form for doing dumbbell flys. I personally prefer this machine to isolate the rear deltoid trapizius and the rhomboid muscles of the upper back shoulder area. ~ Mike
